Rajapakse arrived in Geneva at 5.10pm on June 14, for the International Labour Organisation Conference. Dayan Jayatilleke at the time one recalls had newly been appointed the UN Permanent Representative in Geneva for Sri Lanka. It was not 24 hours after his arrival that the President was to meet Asian Tribune Editor Rajasingham in his Presidential rooms at the Intercontinental.

K.T.Rajasingham was to tell the President that it was he who had contacted UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, Radhika Coomaraswamy and assured her on behalf of Karuna, during a conference call that the group would not recruit under age children any further.

Rajasingham now says; "I was told that he is the one responsible for the abduction and killing (yes he has killed him according to unconfirmed reports) of Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ravindranath of the Eastern University."

anonymous sir india knows all of these activities and helps too. do not expect much help from india. it is politics and everyone's own interests. Sri Lankan tamils reach out their brotherns in India too for their own interests. They have to work hard to show them not as enemies of india and also should work hard to bring the real Ram, Balachandran and other people, who call themselves as-jounalists and their possible connections to the Colombo government. Indian people deserve to get the truth about these pseudo-journalists. There are few Tamil journalists help the Colombo Government too. Of course, truth prevails at the end, but it should come out in time. Otherwise it is useless.

Sri Lanka: Krishnan confirms death threat by Asian Tribune editor

S Krishnan of the Tamil Makkal Viduthalai Puligal (TVMP) in an interview has confirmed the reported news in the Sri Lankan 'Sunday Leader' that Asian Tribune editor K T Rajasingam based in Sweden has conspired to kill him if he returned to Sri Lanka. In the extracts of tapped telephone conversation filed by Surnimala in a weekly investigative column in the 'Sunday Leader' (11/11) it has been quoted as K T Rajasingam saying "We must do something there to Krishnan before he comes," (i.e., to Colombo). Krishnan responding to this news said he only came to know K T Rajasingam's telephone conversation through the Sunday Leader.
However he said he has been already alerted by a government minister that K T Rajasingam has requested some influential contacts within the government to 'bump him off'. He said he has taken 'precautions' knowing very well K T Rajasingam's motives.
When asked why K T Rajasingam wanting to bump him off, he said: 'it is all because he is annoyed that I have exposed him for taking payments for his unfulfilled promise to register the TMVP as an official political party in Sri Lanka.'
He further accused Asian Tribune editor K T Rajasingam 'is a false news creator and is also a dangerous and corrupt media man mother Sri Lanka had ever produced'. 'His only intention is to spin money in a deceitful way and for this he will even sell his mother' said Krishnan.

He attributed his personal monetary issues with his brother in law as ltte fundraising by ltte, and uk gang violence as ltte activities in uk. His brother Rajasingham Narendran writes similar fashion in D B S Jeyaraj's tamilweek.
Another person who workships india in tamilweek against sri lankan tamil welfare is dr. chandradeva from uk. One may wonder why. His brother was an ex-TELO member, who got married to killed MP Thangathurai's daughter. Their names are not given here. Thangathurai's borther kumarathurai is known for his openly pro-sri lankan government support in europe. See any pattern.
Many good souls participated in the Europe Dalit Conference feel betrayed when one of the conference participant Asok Yogan Kannamuttu and D. B. S. Jeyaraj connected one of the conference organizers, Stalin alias Gnanam to Karuna and his real estate ventures.
Anandasangari and Douglous Devanda very openly coys Sri Lankan Sinhala Buddhist government and Rajepaksa Regiment. Douglous wanted to change the name of the Jaffna village, Navatkuzhi into Mahindapura. Anandasangari wants Tamils to support Mahinda ayya to eradicate terrorism in the unitary state, Sri Lanka. Do not misunderstand terrorism here. He wants the Sri Lankan state terrorism to progress in the way the "progressive forces" in the part of the government, JVP wants. JVP and Hela Urumaya want to save Karuna too, Son of the Soil.

The group publishes three newspapers, the English-language Sunday Leader and Morning Leader and the Sinhala-language Irudina (Sunday) newspaper. All of them are highly critical of the government, exposing corruption among ministers and state institutions.
