TMVP cadres rejoining Tamil rebels in Sri Lanka

Nov 17, Colombo: Informed sources say that around 70 cadres of Sri Lanka's Eastern Province based breakaway rebel party Tamil People's Liberation Tigers (TMVP) have fled the organization to rejoin the Tamil Tiger rebels during the past few months.

Some of these cadres have killed their colleagues prior to their fleeing to join the Tigers, sources say.
